What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day cooling off period on orders.
We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery.
After thorough examination we will provide a replacement or refund within 5 working days.
How will Brexit affect my purchase?
Once you are a resident of Ireland or the EU then the price stated is the final price. If you are based in the UK, you may have to pay import duty & VAT upon delivery.
What are the payment options?
We accept payments by Debit Card, Credit Card & PayPal.
We are currently working on accepting Google Pay & Apple Pay.
How long is the warranty?
Warranty durations vary by brand, with full details available at the brand websites. As an authorised retailer, we provide a stamped warranty and proof of purchase with every order.
What happens if my watch stops working during warranty?
In this unlikely scenario, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email with the shipping details already attached. Put your warranty book into the parcel and send it through your local An Post.
When will I receive my watch?
Once your order is received, we will begin to prepare your watch for shipping. Orders placed before 9pm will be shipped the next day, Monday to Friday. From here, it will take approximately 1-5 days to arrive at your door.
Will the watch fit?
Stainless Steel bracelets will need to be adjusted. We can do this for you, all you need to do is measure your wrist in inches and put it in the additional information section in your cart.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
You should have received a tracking number with your shipping confirmation. Check the tracking details to see if you can locate your package. If not, please send us your order number along with your details and we will look into it for you.
How do I know my watch is authentic?
